This is not a standalone programme — it's part of IDC's R9 billion women's empowerment allocation announced at SONA 2026. The capital flows through IDC's existing programmes but is ring-fenced for majority women-owned and managed businesses in priority sectors.

The real gates are strict: 51%+ women ownership AND management, with women in management roles for at least 6 months. Priority sectors include manufacturing, agro-processing, green economy, and healthcare. General services, retail, and consulting are typically excluded. For smaller businesses, the Isivande Women's Fund is a better fit.

Kayzi Advisory NotePart of R9bn SONA 2026 allocation. Linked to Isivande Women's Fund for smaller businesses. Best for established women-led businesses in manufacturing, agro-processing, or green economy seeking significant scale capital.
